Making A Purchase:

Napier products are available widely from most good outdoor retailers in the UK and abroad, if your favourite local dealer is not listed, please tell them and us. Purchases from this website are for U.K addresses only please contact us if you are not located in the U.K.

Select the retailer or reseller of your choice, or if in the UK you can also use our online facility.

We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa, you may also if you wish place your order by Telephone +44 (0) 1235-812993.

We will issue a confirmation by email that we have received your order, you will be given a unique order reference which you can quote if contacting us.
Goods will normally only be shipped to the registered billing address for the payment card.

Privacy Policy:

Napier of London will not disclose your personal details to any third party.

We will retain details of your transaction securely for accounting & legal reasons, your security is important to us and your on line payment details will not be retained by us.

In this privacy policy, "we" and "our" relates to Napier ltd, company number 2521479 , a company registered in England and Wales. "You" and "your" relates to the natural person reading this document that is: considering purchasing, has purchased from Napier ltd or is making an enquiry.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will use the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order for the purpose of fulfilling that order.
Along with, or instead of, placing an order you may have sent an enquiry to us, in which we will use the information you've provided to respond to and answer the enquiry.
We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.
We may use your data for marketing purposes but will always provide a means for you to opt out. We may occasionally use the data you supplied, in our own Legitimate Interest, to send details of products and services that we believe may be of interest to you, including abandoned cart, abandoned check out and abandoned product browse emails. We will never use your data in a way that conflicts with your own legal rights and interests.
If we share information with a third party, such as a payment gateway or delivery company, their use of your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order.

WHAT DATA DO WE HOLD?
We hold the personal data that you supplied in the course of placing your order or enquiry.
The data normally consists of: product information, transactional information, fraud checking information, name, address, phone number, email, special delivery instructions and potentially other information to ensure the successful completion of your order.
We may hold notes of our communication with you through different channels including, but not limited to: email, live chat, CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and phone.
We will not seek personal information from you relating to race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, sexual orientation, medical or genetic history and we ask you not to provide such information to us under any circumstances.
We will retain the personal information you supply to us in the course of submitting an order or an enquiry, for the purpose of fulfilling that order, responding to or processing that enquiry.
If you place an order, we will retain an electronic copy of your invoice data for the period required by HMRC, after which we will delete it.

We may source data from publicly available lists of contacts to use only to target advertising as described above and again under Legitimate Interest. We never use this data to directly contact you.

We also have a Legitimate Interest in finding other, similar, people and we may use your email address or phone number to help find such people without any detrimental impact on you and our advertising suppliers similarly have a Legitimate Interest in displaying the most relevant ads.

Shipping And Handling

UK Mainland
Goods are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt:

Carriage on most orders is charged at £4.99 smaller orders at £4 (UK mainland only excluding Ireland, IOW, channel islands). This is a tracked courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Within the UK you can expect delivery 1 working day after despatch. Orders are usually despatched on the same day of order and at least within 3 working days, if for any reason we cannot ship your items within this time we will contact you by the method provided. For your security goods cannot be left without a signature or with a neighbour, if you may not be available to accept your delivery please consider using an alternative, IE a workplace address.

When ordered separately some smaller items are eligible for standard postage via royal mail charged at £4 this depends on the value, size and type of item ordered. When delivered by standard post the delivery is not tracked and no signature is required.

Europe
We deliver to all European countries, simply select your country from the dropdown menu at the checkout area and the carriage charge will be calculated for your location.

Rest of World
Carriage to other locations vary. We ship to most destinations worldwide, all European countries and rest of world. Simply select your country from the drop down menu at the checkout area and the shipping charge will be calculated for you. If your location is not listed, email sales@napieruk.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.

 

Back Orders:

If the item you have ordered is not available for immediate delivery we will advise you promptly and give you the option of waiting for stock or cancelling, in any event you will not be charged for an item until it is confirmed for despatch.

Storage of supplier or contractor property on site:

A standard storage charge will apply to all items stored securely on the Napier Ltd site, the current rate is £8.20 per day for pallets or other items that are stackable and do not exceed 120 cm in height.   A 30% surcharge for not stackable or oversized items will apply. 

Charges are per day and include weekends public holidays etc.  Payment of storage charge invoices must be received prior to release of any such stored item.

 

Credit Card Security: When an order is placed on our website, your payment details are sent to a secure server and processed, for your security no card details are made available to Napier or held anywhere on our system.
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 month warranty or longer where stated.

Returns Policy We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Napier. Please click on returns for full details.

All Napier products are covered by our universal 12 month warranty, if within that time any product proves defective we will replace or repair it free of charge, simply contact us by telephone or email for return authorisation and instructions.

If you simply change your mind or ordered in error, goods may be returned for exchange or refund (excluding original shipping charges) , provided that they are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and undamaged, quoting our return authorisation number within 14 days of purchase.

In addition to our policy you are protected under the EU distance selling directive.

Prices

Items are supplied at the published Napier of London RETAIL price list in GBP Sterling which may vary from time to time, and is subject to UK VAT at the current rate of 20%

Overseas Orders

EU and Non EU customers should contact us for shipping and handling costs by email or telephone, note that some items are not available in every country and that some products cannot be shipped by air.

For customers in the USA, please use our dedicated website for all US states, www.napierusa.com goods from this site will be shipped from our warehouse in Louisiana and transactions will be billed in US Dollars.
