Christmas 2024 Delivery Times
Please note, due to the Christmas holiday, our offices will be closed from 23rd December 2023 to 2nd January 2024. Orders placed on or after 22nd December 2023 will be despatched on 2nd January 2024.

UK Mainland
Goods are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt:
Carriage on most orders is charged at £4.99 (UK mainland only excluding Ireland, IOW, channel islands). This is a tracked courier service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Within the UK you can expect delivery 1 working day after despatch. Orders are usually despatched on the same day of order and at least within 3 working days, if for any reason we cannot ship your items within this time, we will contact you by the method provided. For your security goods cannot be left without a signature or with a neighbour, if you may not be available to accept your delivery please consider using an alternative, IE a workplace address.
When ordered separately some smaller items are eligible for standard postage via royal mail charged at £4 this depends on the value, size and type of item ordered. When delivered by standard post the delivery is not tracked and no signature is required.

Note: Some items including aerosols are prohibited from standard post.

Rates for your location with be listed when you reach the checkout. Please select the appropriate rate for your location.
USA

Europe
We deliver to all European countries, simply select your country from the dropdown menu at the checkout area and the carriage charge will be calculated for your location.
Rest of World
Carriage to other locations vary. We ship to most destinations worldwide, all European countries and rest of world. Simply select your country from the drop down menu at the checkout area and the shipping charge will be calculated for you. If your location is not listed, email sales@napieruk.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
Returns
Returns that are not our fault: (unwanted goods) Items that are purchased but not required such as items that do not fit or if you simply change your mind do not constitute a valid fault. Please take care to measure and verify sizes before making your purchase, if in doubt call us for advice. Goods that are simply unwanted are entitled to a refund if reported and returned to us within 14 days of receipt, such goods returned will be refunded the original purchase price excluding any original shipping charge & we will not refund your postage cost to return the item. Your refund will be the cost of the goods minus any original shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection. Items returned in non-sale able condition (damaged / missing packaging ect) will be subject to a repacking/admin charge which will be agreed with the customer in advance. Returns can only be accepted by prior authorisation.
Returns that are our fault: (wrong item, damaged or faulty) Returns that are our fault include wrong items received and faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original shipping that we charged you and also your return cost (proof of postage costs are required). If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior authorisation only.
