is VP90?
DO NOT CONFUSE VP90 WITH SILICA GEL or similar desiccants.
These products simply dry out the air within the confined space and
can lead to serious damage to wooden parts of the weapon. A badly
warped gun stock is a very expensive problem. VP90 is a blended vapour
phase inhibitor which releases a controlled mono molecular chemical
into the atmosphere. It is attracted to all metals, both ferrous and
non-ferrous, and it will not adhere to wood, plastic or glass.
It is safe to use on even the most delicate parts and will seek out
exposed metal even in places that you cannot reach with the oil can.
Anywhere air can penetrate VP90 will protect!! It leaves an invisible
micro film coating on the metal which guards against the effects of
corrosion and will continue to do so even in extremes of temperature
or humidity. VP90 is the first product designed specifically for use
in gun safes. The blend of active chemicals is safe to use and the
activity will not be reduced by normal exposure to air movement.

For just a few pennies per week a VP90 sachet will protect any metal
object within a 5 gun cabinet for over 9 months. Supplied with full
instructions in a sealed package, VP90 packs can be placed inside

Independent test proves that VP90 really
works.
The Swedish National Testing and Research Institute have recently
tested VP90 in the sort of conditions no-one would expose a valued
weapon to. Using normal gun cabinets, degreased weapon components
were stored together with 4 litres of water, circulated and heated
with a thermostat bath to 80°C for
2 hours then left to cool for 4 hours, to produce humidity to 100%
RH and create the worst possible conditions. For good measure, a salty
thumbprint was applied to each part and the cabinets were then opened
to the air for 5 minutes three times a week. The water actually condensed
on the walls of the cabinet and on the test objects for one whole
month.

A non-woven smooth-bore gun cleaning material with

Clean your Shotgun the Napier way.
For fast and effective cleaning of any smooth bore weapon, simply
spray the barrels with Napier Gun Cleaner and leave to dwell for up
to 3 minutes. For particularly stubborn fouling, brush the barrel
and chambers with a high density Payne Galway brush. Then simply mop
out with a patch of Super Clean wound around a brass jag. Repeat with
up to three patches until completely clean and then simply apply a
fine film of Napier Gun Oil to either the barrels or patch and mop
through, wipe over the exterior of the weapon with Napier Gun Oil
to complete the process and to ensure a total corrosion barrier for
your gun with added resistance to finger marking.

The Field patch is a quick and convenient way of
protecting your gun whilst shooting or at home. Each sachet contains
a full sized Superclean patch and is impregnated with 2ml of VP 90
gun oil, this is sufficient to completely clean and rust proof your
gun both inside and out. The mineral based oil is blended with VP90
a powerful Vapour Phase corrosion inhibitor that completely protects
the gun from rust and will resist finger marks on the bluing. The
vapour created will actually form a self healing film that allows
the gun to be handled without leaving marks or affecting the rust
preventative quality. Safe on any gun, the Napier Gun Oil will not
affect stock finishes. It is ideal for cleaning and rust proofing

Clean
A uniquely textured highly absorbent and amazingly
strong material for the effective cleaning of all firearms, with a
particular emphasis on rifled bores. Out-performs patches in every
way and, being 75% thinner, can be wrapped around a wire brush. It
moulds to the contours of the rifling to ensure complete removal of
all fouling. It is also totally unaffected by solvents which it rapidly
absorbs. Each box contains 14 metres of material which can be dispensed
to suit all calibres of pistols or rifles.
Clean your Pistol, Rifle or Air Weapon the
Napier way.
For really fast and effective removal of all fouling from any rifled
barrel, use Napier rifle clean and achieve perfect results every time.
Simply spray the barrel with Napier Gun Cleaner and leave to dwell
for up to 3 minutes. Then cut a suitable length of Napier Rifle Clean
and apply to your normal cleaning tool or pull through. For best results,
wrap Rifle Clean around a wire brush and clean the barrel as usual.
The unique texture and remarkable strength of Rifle Clean, allows
it to mould itself to the rifling of the barrel and ensures complete
removal of all fouling and excess solvent in one action. Repeat with
up to three clean patches of Rifle Clean until no trace of fouling
is seen to be sure that your weapon is completely clean. Finally,
apply a fine film of Napier Gun Oil to the barrel and mop through
with a clean patch of Rifle Clean, wipe over the exterior surface
of the weapon with a film of Napier Gun Oil to ensure complete protection
from finger marks and corrosion.
